Since my son has been residing at Holly Lodge, I have felt like both me and him have been fully supported. XXX has settled in very quickly and seems very happy. They encourage my son to take part in out of school activities and to socialise. They make sure that all his medical appointments are attended and kept up with and have really supported him to access the right services for his needs. It has been a huge peace of mind for myself knowing that he is now in a much more suitable placement with a full team of staff that both XXX and myself have built up good relationships with. The home is very homely and inviting and suits XXX needs well. The staff support me during contact both off and on the home which makes such a huge difference to mine and XXX relationship.
