His qualifications in residential childcare and leadership, combined with his passion for child welfare, make him an invaluable asset to our team.
Bryony brings a wealth of experience to her role as Head of Quality and Compliance at Haven Care Group. With a strong foundation in mental health, gained through three years of working in secure units for adults, she transitioned to children's residential care in 2014.
Since joining Haven Care Group in 2017, Bryony has successfully managed homes that have achieved both 'Good' and 'Outstanding' Ofsted ratings. Her dedication to providing exceptional care for diverse children led to her promotion to the senior leadership team, where she now focuses on developing and supporting managers within our homes. Bryony holds Level 3 qualifications in Children and Young People and Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Children and Young People.

He holds Level 3 qualifications in Children and Young People’s Workforce, as well as a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for Children’s Workforce. Matt fosters a culture of continuous learning and high standards, focused on preparing young people for meaningful lives within the community. Francesca is a caring and dedicated professional with eight years of experience in supporting the development of children with learning disabilities. She is committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where each child has the opportunity to reach their full potential. Francesca holds a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management, as well as a Level 3 certification in Children’s and Young People's Workforce.
Helen is a passionate and caring individual dedicated to safeguarding and enriching the lives of the children at Hazel Lodge. With ten years of experience supporting young people and children with learning disabilities, autism, and additional complex needs, Helen firmly believes that every child deserves to live a life where they feel safe, loved, and able to reach their full potential.
With 13 years of experience in Children's services, Ansa joined Haven Care Group in March 2022 as a Registered Manager. Passionate about helping young people achieve their goals, Ansa holds each young person in high regard, supporting their hopes and aspirations. She has completed her Level 3 in Children and Young People and her Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, enabling her to lead a well-established and diverse staff team effectively.
As the Manager of Pine Lodge since April 2024, Mardoche is dedicated to fostering a nurturing environment that promotes healing, learning, and self-discovery for children. Mardoche's collaborative and compassionate management style emphasizes open communication, teamwork, and continuous professional development. Holding a Level 5 in Health and Social Care, a Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce, and currently pursuing a Level 5 in Leadership and Management, Mardoche brings a wealth of experience in residential care, ensuring exceptional support and care for young people.
Debbie is excited to lead a new home in Derby for children with learning disabilities. With over 20 years of experience in various health and social care roles, including Advocacy Coordinator and Quality Assurance Manager in Children's Services, Debbie brings a wealth of expertise. Her qualifications include NVQ 3 and 4 in Health and Social Care CCYP, NVQ 3 in Advocacy, and a BA Hons in Education Studies (2:1). Debbie is passionate about improving outcomes for looked-after children and is committed to creating a safe, creative, and person-centered environment.
